Explanation:
All Schwalbe inner tubes are inflated after production and left for a 24-hour air leak test. They are then visually inspected one by one. All valves are nickel-plated, Schwalbe inner tubes have been known for their reliability on the German market for years.
Schwalbe inner tubes are manufactured using recycled butyl rubber, without any loss of quality. A special hardening process is used to achieve this, which has been successfully used for years. 20% of all Schwalbe tubes in the new standard consist of recycled material.
