Shimano Deore SL-M6000 Rapidfire Plus derailleurs are optimized for 2/3x10 speed Dyna-Sys systems. They feature Shimano's 2-Way-Release technology for optimum cycling comfort. 2-Way Release allows for different riding styles or shifting from different riding positions (index finger or thumb). The upper lever still performs the same function, but now shifts in both directions. Pull with your finger or push with your finger - you choose. The lever design improves the ergonomics and offers more feedback to the rider. 



 The 3x/2x manual mode converter allows you to manually switch the left hand unit to be used with both double and triple cranks. 



 Optimized for shifters with conventional spring alignment.
