TECNO-3 SYSTEM
The TECNO-3 SYSTEM adapts along the entire length of the shoe, and the upper adapts to the shape of the foot for a personalized fit.
SIDI's famously reliable and replaceable caps are enhanced with a completely new non-binding proprietary SIDI Wire material for intuitive and effortless adjustments on the fly.
INTEGRATED HEEL CUP
HEEL CUP is integrated with new design and lightness and reinforced to prevent deformations after prolonged effort and pressure.
It is anatomically shaped and stabilizes the foot while pedaling. Reflex inserts in the heel help signal the cyclist's presence in poor visibility conditions, giving the athlete more safety on the road.
RUBBER NOSE
The upper part of the foot is covered with rubber to resist and deflect impact from stones or debris while cycling. Made of non-slip rubber.
MTB SR17 BASE
Lighter and more performant, the new Sidi MTB sole is made of nylon with PU (polyurethane) inserts. The shape of the tread is specially designed for mountain biking, it provides a good grip, facilitates the dispersal of mud and provides the right balance.
The middle part with the Sidi logo works non-slip and is especially practical and useful for less experienced users.
The nose area, which is subject to more wear especially when walking, can be replaced with screws and still offers the possibility to attach crampons to improve traction, especially on muddy surfaces.
The SR17 represents the end result in terms of stiffness for pedaling and bending for walking.
