ATAC comes into play
The "Automatic Tension Adjustment Concept" supports you in two ways. On the one hand, it allows you to ergonomically enter and exit the click system without compromising on actual holding power. On the other hand, it ensures that your foot is gently held at the angle you set, despite the freedom to prevent it from bending. This "lock" ensures an absolutely comfortable riding experience on firm ground without restricting your freedom of movement too much - it works ergonomically flawlessly!
self-cleaning
Thanks to Time’s self-cleaning concept, the pedal does not give in even in mud and slush. During the pedaling motion, the mechanism is permanently kept free of mud by the contact between the cleat and the pedal, so that the function can be fully used even in the worst conditions.
Adjustable preload
Two inconspicuous slots on the outside of the pedal allow you to adjust the click hardness for getting on and off. A triangular bolt of different sizes presses against the end of the spring. There are three degrees of hardness for you to choose from, depending on your preferences.
