CYCLUS TOOLS Vertical Control Tool
Product Description: The CYCLUS TOOLS vertical checker is used to check and correct the exact geometric position of the verticals of the frame. This tool allows you to easily determine whether the verticals on your bicycle frame are in the correct position.
Instructions for Use:

Remove the Wheel: Before using the vertical control tool, remove the wheel from the frame (fork).

Tool Placement: Clamp both measuring tools onto the axle mount. This will help ensure accurate checking of verticals.

Note the Different Dimensions: Please note that the axle diameter for the front wheel is 9mm and the installation width is 100mm; the axle diameter for the rear wheel is 10mm and the installation width is 130/135mm.

Usage Adjustments: Move sleeves in vehicle as necessary to ensure proper fit.

Checking the Verticals: If the verticals are correctly positioned, the surfaces of the measuring instruments should be parallel to each other. If the two sides of the instrument are not aligned, the verticals must be properly realigned.
