Scott's Addict RC is designed to set a new benchmark for road racing. Designed for the needs of Pro race teams and everyday riders, the Addict RC retains its super lightweight chassis, but benefits from super clean integration and new aero features.

The heart of the Addict RC is its HMX carbon fibre construction. Through clever layering and reinforcement, Scott’s engineers achieved great headset and BB stiffness without compromising compliance at the seatstays. Additionally, a fully hollow construction, minimal attachment points and no alloy parts result in a super lightweight frameset.

All Addict RCs feature fully integrated wiring through the handlebars and headtube, resulting in stunningly clean looks as well as improved aerodynamics. With a clean, uncluttered, disc brake only design, airflow is optimised across all areas.

The Addict RC features geometry that delivers sharp handling and a racing position, perfect for both professionals and aggressive sporty riders.

TECHNOLOGY
INTEGRATED CABLE ROUTING
The Addict RC and Foil come with fully integrated cable routing for both mechanical and electronic shifting. This was achieved by our engineers without any compromise on shifting and braking quality or head tube stiffness. It is also surprisingly easy for technicians to change cables and maintain the bike.

INTERNAL STRUCTURE
The complete frameset is hollow and has an unprecedented clean interior to maximize weight reduction.

SADDLE CLAMP
Our new ultra-light seat clamp weighs just 12 grams and provides a very carbon-friendly clamp mechanism. This has allowed us to save even more weight on the seat post (seat post weight: 142 grams).

AERO SHAPE STRUCTURE
SCOTT's patented airfoil design has been applied to its main tubes (down tube, head tube, seat tube, saddle tube, seat stays) to optimize airflow and reduce overall drag.

Addict RC dropouts are designed to be integrated into the axle system thanks to a hollow tube design that allows for a simple and lightweight construction.
