The battery is inside the seat post, on the engine crankset.
In electric bicycles, the motor alone does not provide movement energy for a long time. It is necessary to pedal at certain intervals and start the engine. Even if the pedal is turned without power, the electric motor is activated. It should be considered as electrically assisted.
In products with a dry battery system, the battery should not be left inactive for a long time.
Due to the Dahon Unio E20 aluminum frame, it is relatively light compared to steel frames. Aluminum material does not rust. The weight of the bike is about 18 kg. (Weight may vary depending on equipment and frame size)
