The asymmetrical rim profile provides a more even spoke angle. This helps to better align the spoke tension on both sides, which increases the durability of both the spokes and the rim. Duke’s “6Ters” concept stands out with its different cross-sections on the front and rear wheels. The wider inner width at the front provides more grip and rigidity, while the focus is on impact resistance and comfort at the rear.
