Maxxis HighRoller II MTB Folding Tire TR EXO 3C MaxxTerra - 27.5 inch
The open and aggressive tread design gives the High Roller II excellent soil penetration and mud clearing ability. The square profile provides a solid, consistent feel between knobs. Modified knobs on the shoulder and center improve braking performance and traction on hard surfaces. When gravity pulls you downhill, trust the High Roller II to keep you upright.
MaxxTerra is an intermediate compound configuration used in certain mountain tires. 3C Maxx Terra is softer than 3C Maxx Speed and provides more traction, but provides better tread wear and less rolling resistance than Maxx Grip.
Tubeless Ready (TR)
Tubeless tires offer many benefits to the driver: the ability to use lower inflation pressures, which increases traction; lower rolling resistance compared to a tubed tire; and less chance of flats because there is no tube. Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) tires provide the benefits of a UST tubeless tire without the weight penalty. Maxxis TR tires use a standard casing and require the use of liquid sealant to keep them airtight. Maxxis Tubeless Ready tires are the only Maxxis tires approved for use with liquid sealants.
EXO Protection is a highly cut and abrasion resistant material that protects the sidewall. It is very tightly woven, light and very flexible. This keeps the tyre's performance unchanged.
