SYNCROS CRESTON IC SL AERO
The Foil has a combo worthy of an aero bike of this caliber and a choice of handlebars and stems.
We took the hugely popular Sycnros Creston iC SL from Addict RC into the wind tunnel. The result is a tapered handlebar and combination that cuts through the wind and improves the bike's overall aerodynamics.
We've also improved comfort and stiffness through adaptive compatibility. The combo offers greater compatibility under a light load, for example when riding on the frame.
SYNCROS DUNCAN SL AERO CFT
One of the bike's most innovative features is the patented new Syncros Duncan SL Aero CFT. The innovative seatpost not only ensures you don't get crushed on rougher surfaces, but more importantly, on light gravel or pavement, the seatpost lets you transmit maximum power through the pedals. The two-piece front carbon fiber load-bearing part bends when the road is uneven, keeping you on the seat. It has 3 working modes, one fixed and one daytime, with COB LED.
DROPPED SEAT
All Foil RC models feature lowered seat bolsters which means added comfort for the rider, but more importantly for an RC bike, it also means less air resistance. Aimed at a 10-degree angle, they force passing air into rotating spokes. Through aerodynamic testing, we discovered that this detail provides significant aero gains as the bike progresses. With the lowered seat bolsters we are able to hide the disc brake calipers, not only further reducing air friction but also contributing to an overall clean aesthetic.
LARGE SIZE HANDLEBAR
The Foil RC features an oversized handlebar that not only allows fully integrated wiring for both mechanical and electronic shifting, but more importantly acts as a covering for the bike. It splits the incoming air and reduces aerodynamic drag as a driver powers forward.
LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN
