Disc brakes have become standard in time trials (TT) and triathlons. Their higher braking power, more precise modulation, and the confidence they provide on challenging stages offer a significant advantage in races where seconds matter. The Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 ST-R9180 combines this superior braking performance with electronic shifting technology, integrating it into your cockpit with a fully aerodynamic design.

Thanks to its slim and fluid design, the brake lines and Di2 cables are completely hidden within the handlebars, reducing friction and giving the cockpit a clean look. Unlike mechanical systems, the integrated Di2 buttons allow for gear changes both at the aerobar ends and in the brake lever position (in Synchronized Shift mode). Rapid and quick gear changes are also possible with Multishift support.

The ST-R9180 is compatible with both 11-speed Dura-Ace 9170 and 12-speed Dura-Ace 9270 Di2 sets. The EW-AD305 E-Tube cable adapter is required for use with 12-speed sets.
