According to customer feedback, Sidi offers the Mega fit available for Genius10,eagle10,Ergo 5, Dragon 5, Alba 2 and Trace 2 to meet the needs of all cyclists. This fit is designed specifically for riders with larger foot shapes and higher insteps, or anyone who wants to ride with less restraint.
This particular category is specifically designed to satisfy riders who cannot properly position their feet in a standard model, despite trying different sizes and using a special memory insole available where special support is needed.
Mega shoes have 2 extra mm on each side at the scallop area level. They are 4mm larger than a regular shoe, yet retain the same volume and guarantee all the features of a performing product. Mega simply means wider.
Consumers can distinguish the Mega shoe from a special icon and the word MEGA applied to the six models when visiting a bike shop. Both the icon and the text confirm that the fit is different from normal.

The Ergo 5 is even more innovative than its predecessor. The optimized tuning system and outstanding stiffness values ​​make every ride an experience. It is 4mm wider across the ball of the foot and offers more volume, a higher toe and a wider heel cup.

The push button on the Tecno 3 swivel-lock fasteners facilitates fine adjustment while driving. The upper is a high quality Tech Pro Nylon Mesh microfiber. It is breathable and regulates temperature and is dirt-repellent thanks to its surface coating.

Soft Instep 4 System: Anatomical and comfortable strap placed on the top of the foot and combined with a soft and thermoformed material will increase comfort and performance. Tecno-3 Push Short System: adapts the upper to the shape of the foot for a personalized fit. Here the closure is located on the side of the shoe, which ensures a precise adaptation to the foot. To open the mechanism, simply press the two buttons on the sides of the spin lock fastener, pull outward and release the nylon loop from the cable holder. To close the mechanism, insert the nylon loop into the cable holder and turn the rotation lock fastener until the shoe is fully seated. The Tecno-3 System allows a micrometric adjustment by pressing the buttons in sequence. Like most SIDI parts, the TECNO-3 BUCKLE is repairable and replaceable.

The adjustable heel grip device reinforces the top of the heel cup and closes the back of the shoe tightly around the rider's ankle, improving fit. The heel grip device tightens the top of the heel cup so it doesn't get sideways during steep climbs or sprints. It can be adjusted with two small screws that work independently of each other. For a custom adjustment, turn the screw towards the + sign to tighten the heel grip device and towards the - sign to open it.

The reinforced heel keeps the foot in the optimal position and prevents the shoe from deforming due to excessive performance or prolonged pressure.
