It is the beginning of SIDI's Mountain world - the successor to the Buvel. The new Trace comes with the Tecno-3 closure system for more grip and the new MTB RS17 sole. And of course it has the well-known quality of SIDI.

Mega: The MEGA fit also allows those with slightly wider feet to wear Sidi cycling shoes comfortably.

POLYTEX Upper: Politex material is made of several overlapping layers with different physical-mechanical properties, compressed PVC is then bonded to two fabrics (knitted fabric + felt) which are then film-dyed for long-term color retention. Politex provides strong resistance to tearing, stretching and fading. Politex strictly complies with European regulations and is a completely “green” product.
MTB RS17 Sole: Carbon fibre reinforced nylon sole with plastic inserts and rubber SIDI logo in the medial transition area, for optimum traction on trails and greater safety when pedalling. Interchangeable screw inserts in the cleat area, additional inserts for optional studs. Compatible with all standard MTB pedal systems. Interchangeable profile insert in the toe area.
The TECNO-3 SYSTEM searches for fit along the entire length of the shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot. SIDI's famously reliable and interchangeable closures have been enhanced with a brand new proprietary SIDI Wire material that is completely non-binding for intuitive and instant on-the-go adjustments.
SOFT INSTEP 3 CLOSING SYSTEM: The anatomical and comfortable strap, placed on the top of the foot and combined with a soft and thermoformed material, will increase comfort and performance. It distributes pressure evenly across the arch area, which can be adjusted from both sides to achieve perfect center position. The system eliminates the need for a High Entry Expander. The Soft Entry Closure System is serviceable and replaceable.
