Following the principle of transferring the experiences and technologies of the best series, Deore XT incorporates the innovations of high-end XTR components. Accordingly, the new 12-speed groupset features Micro Spline and Hyperglide+, of course.

To ensure efficient power transfer, the Shimano Deore XT FC-M8120 1x12-speed crank offers a design that is not only rigid but also lightweight thanks to the hollow forged crank arms. For quick and secure chainring installation, the crank features a Direct Mount system for aggressive Trail riding.
In conjunction with Shimano SM-CRM85 chainrings featuring Dynamic Chain Engagement+ technology (sold separately), the FC-M8120-1 crankset holds the chain securely even on uneven terrain and at the same time guarantees an efficient, smooth and quiet drivetrain.
